Stumped... Any helpers out there?

Deb

Question

<img border=0 src="http://img28.photobucket.com/albums/v84/crochetville/banghead.gif" /> I've been trying to understand ROW 3 on this pattern... and I can't get it to work out right. Can anyone help me dechiper what they are telling me to do? haha! I feel so lame. I am usually really good with patterns.

Ok, here's what you do:

On row 1 you did double crochets, so to tr/rf, you yarn over your hook twice, insert hook 2 rows below (your dc row) to the right of the double crochet below, hook around the back of the dc and bring your hook out next to the dc on the left side of it. Yarn over, draw yarn through, (yo, draw yarn through 2 loops on hook) 3 times. Do this for the next stitch too - now you are going around the dc right below where you are working.

then you do 4 dc, and you repeat the above tr/rf but you do it in the stitches 2 rows down and in the double crochets that are underneith the last 2 dc you JUST made.

I hope this helps! If not, I can try to post photos sometime if that helps :)
