When making stuffed animals (besides beanies) and pillows, are there any other/better choices for filling other than the standard polyfill or a form??

I often use scrap yarn or fabric if it is not too big.

me too, scrap yarn, and also regular cotton (the one you use when you cure an injury) I buy it very cheap in a chinese store x)
