Yarn barf solution

I was working with a new skein of RHSS in Cafe the other day on my Round Ripple. DH saw the yarn get taut so he pulled it for me, and out came a yarn barf. He looked at it for a second, looked over at me and said "So that's a yarn barf??" I was so proud!

 

He can also identify RHSS and Caron SS. That's my hubby!!

Love it! Yarn Barf! That is great. Of course, I talk to my yarn, my hook, the project I'm working on... Doesn't everyone??

The other day, I was worried about my son because the English teacher said that he had a convo with himself about whether or not to pick up a dropped pencil. When I mentioned it to him, he just looked at me in surprise and said "Where do you think I get it from?? You talk to the dogs, which is ok, but you talk to your crochet all the time, you even ask it if it will behave today! Does it ever answer you Mom? Because the pencil didn't!:ohdear
