Knit.1 Magazine for Spring/Summer 2005

This is a nice portable magazine from Vogue. It has many patterns for crochet and is geared for fashions for young adults. It has an article about fiber and fashoin design as well as copy cat fashoins. It uses a lot of Lion Brand yarn that is less expensive than the more designer yarns. I purchased mine a few months ago but I saw it on a newstand just last week so it must still be available. I believe it is a new magazine. I think many of you may enjoy it- it was 5.99. It's called Knit.1- it's small, a little bigger than Reader's Digest, easy to toss in a tote bag, or project bag.

It also happens to have a handful of crochet patterns in it usually.

I found a copy of it today at a grocery store I don't get to all that often. I thought it was great to see nice crochet in the same magazine with knitting. The medallion top and skirt were awful, though. I hope they start having subscriptions soon.
