My old fave socks!

I made these with Lion Brand Magic Stripes yarn (now discontinued ) over 5 yrs ago. I've worn them at least once or twice a week since then & they look a little raggedy, but have no holes or anything else really wrong with them. During that time, I've gone thru countless pairs of similar socks in other yarns & they've mostly all worn out within a yr or so. I'm hopeful about trying either the new LB or RH wool sock yarns in the future.

 

I'm currently looking for the pattern for these. I know I have it in my HUGE stash somewhere, but can't find it. If anyone recognizes the source for this pattern, please let me know what book, leaflet, etc. it's in.
