I don't know if this is happening at all JoAnn's stores, but mine has a bunch of counted cross stitch kits and DMC Aida cloth on clearance at 50% off! I don't know if they're just clearing out room for new stock or what. It's something I've been wanting to start doing so I took advantage of the low prices. :D Just thought I'd let you all know to take a look. :)

The last time I was on vacation in the lower 48 I went to a Hobby Lobby & bought some Aida cloth by the yard there. I was tickled pink & bought yards of every color they had...They also had some nice patterns there. I was into Pinn Patterns at the time I visited, but they had a few ButterNut Road also.
