Many random crochet sightings

I've been watching tv a lot more than i usually do and I saw a crocheted clown in the movie Joe Dirt (i think a crocheted purse too) a crocheted shirt/sweater on a spanish telenovela and a crocheted blanket in a rerun of Fresh Prince of bel air If anyone else has seen the clown in Joe dirt, have you seen a pattern similar looking to it?
