I feel bad for you because out of experience I know things like that don't end well, especially since you say it's not the first time. I just hope you're done having kids, it's bad enough the ones you already have must see this poor example of fatherly behavior. I'd say your only choice is to lay down the law and tell him you both must go to counselling. The disregard with which he is treating you is actually considered a form of abuse and you mustn't let it go, it's only going to keep you resentful, stressed and unhappy, which will lead (if it hasn't already...) to weight gain and illness, and you nor your children deserve that.
