Does anyone happen to have a crochet pattern

for a Voyageur's Cap ?

 

I've found one for knitting, but do not knit. I have a friend who wants one and I thought I'd surprise him with it, but am not having any luck.

 

I haven't been here in quit sometime, my life has been rather busy, with garden stuff, family and husbands that get sick, or take to many vacations in a short amount of time.
