Crochet and Football

I just got done watching a very close football game. It was a good game even if my team lost. I am so glad I had a project to crochet as it was the only thing keeping me from jumping up and down and screming not so nice things at the tv. I noticed that the closer the score got the more stitches that were crocheted. I think I should crochet and watch football more often.

Crocheting while my husband watches football is one of my favorite things to do! I can keep up enough with the game to make the appropriate comment now and again and he doesn't have to watch football by himself. Of course when my teams are playing (Go Clemson Tigers! Go Dallas Cowboys!) I almost get too excited to crochet!

If I have to watch football with the gang I always crochet. Even when its not at my home! Last year we thought the team would always win if I crocheted during the game!
