Teaching a crochet class

I live in an area that doesn't offer much in the way of LYS. We have Michael's, Hobby Lobby & Hancocks (oh, and Walmart) as yarn dealers. I am toying with the idea of teaching a crochet class. There is one at Michael's, but it's Knit & Crochet. I'm wondering if Hobby Lobby or Hancocks would be places to approach with the idea of teaching. Also - how much does one charge for teaching? Could I teach in trade for Yarn? :D:D Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
