Newborn doll?

Hi all!

 

I've looked at the reference section for standard sizing and such, but I can't find information on 'standard' sized newborns. I haven't had much luck on the internet in general either.

 

I bought myself a 20" La Baby Nursery doll and am trying to figure out if it's considered 'newborn' sized or not.

 

Can anyone help me with this please?

newborns can be from 5 to 12 pounds and anywhere from 16 to 24 inches long. That baby doll you bought sounds about average.
