hello! need a little help please...

Recommended Posts

Hi all! it's been a while since I've been here, but it's not due to a lack of interest, trust me! :hook I finished up all those afghans (sisters wedding and parents 25th), and then after that I began my education into taxidermy which is going well.

I just found out that my girlfriend is expecting! You can see the baby afghan that I made for her first baby in my siggie link, but I'd love to make the new bundle a round ripple. I've never done an RR before and I don't want to get into one that is a bit more complex than I should tackle for my first one.

I sure would appreciate a little guidance!

Thanks! :manyheart

I believe there is a rr thread (or 2 ) under the CAL section. I'm sure you can get quite a bit of info on there to help w/ this. I'm sorry i can't be, but have yet to try a rr.

good luck on it. :)

When I made my first RR, it was my first ripple of any type and it was easy. I have now made 20+ of them.

Here is the pattern I use: http://www.sewonfire.com/round_ripple_afghan.htm

There is an error in row 3. Here is a link to the correction, along with other tips and tricks: http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29245

Here is the link to the RR CAL: http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=48663

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask for help.
