Beautiful, Sue89! How hard is it to make that afghan? Is it intermediate level or only for you experts?

Patty, this isn't even intermediate. If you can chain and double crochet, you can do this. In fact the pattern I used came from a Leisure Arts booklet called New Crochet Basics and on the cover it says "Beginner Level." I know there are similar patterns available for free on the web, but I don't think those require expert skills either. The most challenging part was just weaving in the 37 little ends from changing colors back and forth (well, and also making sure you don't overlook a stitch like I did).
