Hey gang, just wanted to point out that the Warm up America program accepts knitted squares, too! In fact, after my mom re-taught me to knit a few years ago, I sat down with their suggested knit squares and used them as my practice item. That's where I learned how simple cables are. So, if you are currently obsessed with your knitting (as opposed to crocheting) and want to practice, check out the CAL they've got going in the regular forum. Patty
