Have any of you tried the Visual Mate II?

JoAnn's has a 50% off any one regular priced item special going on, so I might order it for a Christmas present to myself....

 

Of course if I can find it locally, it would be about the same price to get it with a 40% off coupon and not pay shipping.....

Just wanted to let everybody know that I received this as an early Christmas present, and I love it!

 

It really helps with thread crochet projects and cross-stitch. I can work so much faster than without it!

 

It's really bright, and DH acts like he's tanning when I've got it out.

I have a table lamp that I like much better. I think I move around too much when I sit and stitch. It is lighted and a magnifier too. mine is an Ott but there are less expensive ones out there.
