Peaceful Pastel Ladies

andersonsrus

Question

I have decided to make the Peaceful Pastel afghan.

After looking at the pattern for what colors it calls for and then going to the store I am not sure.

It calls for Bernat Baby Cord in White, yellow, peach, pink, blue and green.

Well the white and peach are fine. However there are a couple of yellow, pink, blue and green choices.

Foe those of you who have made this what are the color names on this?

I want to make it as it is written.

Thanks

:cheer That is a stunning Round Ripple effect, I love it.:cheer

To work out the colours, I suggest you make sure each colour is the same strength so no one of them sticks out.

I know the colours merge as you change colours but if one is a lot darker, that band will stand out.

Equally, if one is a lot lighter, it will vanish.

You may need to experiment and you might end up with a couple of colours you dont use, but it could be worth the effort and you will add to your stash at the same time.

Hope this helps.

Have fun.

I made this blanket and there is also a lavender round the only label I can find is the green which is called iced mint..I would just go with the softest colours in each colour.
