Baltimore MD now has CGOA Chapter

As of February 2007, Baltimore MD now has a Chapter in CGOA. They call themselves "Crochet Queens". This is Maryland's first chapter.

MISSION STATEMENT FOR THE ORGANIZATION

To keep the art of crochet alive by bringing people who share the same interest no matter what age or nationality. No matter what skill level, weaving a web of friendship and sharing. IT'S NOT YOUR GRANDMA'S CROCHET.

Our members are active on several committees, which entail recruitment, media, special events, as well as participating in events that will help charities. Without the dedication of our members we will not succeed. Lastly, we enjoy each other's company, learn from each other, and have fun
