Question
mason204
I'm crocheting children's hats in various sizes. I've seen plenty of charts that show the circumference in relation to size/age but I haven't found any charts that show actual depth.
The head size chart at Bev's Country Cottage is helpful but the hat heights given includes a brim. I'd just like the standard measurements to ensure fit without a brim.
I've been finding that the chemo hats I make for adults work perfectly if I stop at about an 8 or 8.5" depth but I don't know what the ideal depth would be for a child's hat.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks.
Cheryl.
