Crochet and Customer Service

I'm a phone customer service rep and a customer called in yesterday to a pay her bill over the phone. She was very friendly and started to chat with me after she'd paid her bill. She mentioned that she was going to a wedding later on that evening and she said that she'd crocheted an afghan large enough for a queen sized bed and that she'd crocheted some pillow shams to go along with it. When she said that, I told her that I crocheted as well. From that point, we started talking about crocheting, our yarn stashes, etc. I had so much fun talking to her. I could have chatted with her all evening if I wasn't at work. We even joked around about meeting and crocheting together.
