Amigurumi Patern Help.

I got the little fried egg pattern from here http://amigurumipatterns.blogspot.com/2007/05/little-fried-egg.html and I'm having a little problem figuring out what this part of the pattern means.

 

 

:R3- *Sc 1, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat 7 times (21 sts)

R4- *Sc 2, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat 7 times (28 sts)

R5- *Sc 3, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat 7 times (35 sts)

R6- *Sc 4, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat 7 times (42 sts)

R7- Sc 42

R8- *Sc 5, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat 7 times (49 sts)

R9- Sc 49

 

 

I don't really understand, I've done R3, and it looks ok, but I'm not sure about R4-8.

In each row you are increasing with the exception of rows 7 & 9 where you are working even.
