My "new" yarn!

I read somewhere here about someone ripping up sweaters for yarn so I took my favorite sweater (only because of the color) and frogged it!!! What I found was this beautiful acrylic variegated yarn coupled with a thin red chenille yarn. My sweater was knit and the chenille made little loops stick out after a while making it look like a hobo sweater. This yarn is pretty! Shown in the picture are the three balls from the front, back, and sleeve with the remaining sleeve so you could see the texture. I tried to show the yarn texture but it didn't show up so well. Also the yarn is actually vivid colors: fuschia, mustard yellow, brown, red and the chenille is bright red. What could I make with this? Scarf and matching hat? Bag? I never wear scarves but I may if it was this yarn! Tell me what you think I should make:
