Purls in Tucson CLOSING

Sadly, Purls in Tucson is closing its doors. The northwest location is having a sale the month of May: 25% off this week, 30 % next week, 40% off the week after, and 50% off the final week. Books are already 50% off.

The eastside location is being bought out by the employees.

It's too sad to see another LYS closing its doors, and i'm not sure why. The strip mall it's in looks like it gets enough traffic (it has a Trader Joe's in it, a bakery with outdoor seating that was full when I stoppped by yesterday, some other eateries). Maybe the owner is retiring?
