I want to make a super nice layette for my best friends niece :blah :blah . What can you tell me about Peruvian Silk Baby Collection? Will it work up nicely? Any suggestions as to a different yarn? (Must be from elan.com-PayPal:cheer2 :cheer 2) I haven't ordered yarn from them before. Is there usually a long wait? (I'm not on a tight schedule just impatient:D! )

I can't tell you about the yarn but Elann.com is great. Very fast ship - I order sock yarn from them on Saturday night it's here by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest with Paypal funds or credit card. That's pretty good considering it couldn't be mailed until Monday! :yes They package really nicely too, watertight in case of rain. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them. :cheer2
