blocking form???

A while back someone posted a link to a place where you could get blocking forms for doilies. It was basically just a white background with either a 6 or 8 point star on it and some circles. I wanted to block my doilies and I needed it. Does anyone know where I can find it or even wwho had it. Thanks.
