Looking for a doily pattern that is quick and easy

Hi All,

 

I am looking to make 2 doilies for my Mom for the Xmas table to put under the candlestick and hurricane lamps. The doilies would need to be about 8" in diameter or so. Since I only thought of this today, I need to find a pattern that is fairly quick and easy. Any recommendations? Thanks for your help.

Hi Demet,

 

I love crochetpatterncentral. I did check there first. I looked at a number of them, but they seemed more challenging than I wanted to attempt. I don't recognize any of the magazines that you mentioned. I usually do traditional crochet as opposed to thread crochet. I am fairly new to thread crochet. I was hoping someone would recommend a specific pattern that is really easy. I have made the Funky Doily and that is easy, but I would prefer a round one versus a square one. Thanks for your ideas.
