another thrift store find

I just love thrift stores!

I got a great vintage 1973 Woman's Day crochet mag for .69 and a bunch of leaflets for .40 each w/ a variety of things from baby to afghans to sweaters.

I also picked up 2 new balls of crochet thread for .99 each and 2 hardcover books for $1 each-one called "White Crochet" and the other is "Weekend Crochet Projects"-both from 1970s so they are "vintage" but have some great ideas to adapt. One has some beautiful lacy baby hats and gowns for christenings or some fancy event.

I may never do any of the projects in some of them but they are great to get ideas from and give away in swaps.

I have another store I stalk once in a while and they often have nice yarns in big lots for $2.99 so hoping i get lucky there soon

Anyone else have any good finds lately?
