My BIL said he will make me a Spinning Wheel

So I need some ideas on a good kind for beginners. I am going to make a CD Drop spindle so I can get started. Ideas and links would rock!

I spin also, and my husband is very (I mean VERY-he has a handyman business on the side) handy, but we found that for the effort and the price, if you want a nice spinning wheel for a beginner, Babe wheels are about as cheap as making your own, it is garunteed to work, and it is a lot less hassel. You can find them at www.babesfibergarden.com. They also sell on e-bay.
