Question
synch
just got 2 questions re: a finished baby blanket i made for a friend. i used sugar 'n' cream yarn and it's a square (in-the-round) style so it seems to have a "pucker" in the middle for some reason. is that normal? anyway:
1. Will blocking help remove the "pucker" in the middle? (I think I crocheted loosely as I was going in the round and it looks tighter towards the outer rows)
2. Do you wash your finished projects before you give them as a gift? (I'm also afraid of the color fading if I do b/c it's a variegated yarn and I've never used cotton before which I heard may fade)
Anybody familiar w/ using Sugar 'n' Cream and if so, what is the best method of washing it?
Sorry, that's 4 questions!
Thanx,
