Changing Font on My Template

I can't for the life of me know how to change the font on my template. I want to change the font in my header but can't figure it out. I am new to this blogging thing and the only thing I have figured out is how to use Microsoft front page to add some things. Please help:eek2

That helped. Now the next thing to figure out is what is what in the template? Trial and error.

Just be sure to back your template up before making ANY changes! Just open notepad and copy your template and paste into notepad and save as a regular text file. (It's a good idea to do that every so often anyway.)
