Stuffing

Question

Does anyone have any hints for stuffing a teddy bear? I know it sounds silly, and should be really straight forward, but mine always turn out funny. Either too stuffed, or when I try to unstuff him he seems lumpy:think I want him to be soft and squishy for a baby. Now I remember why I don't like making stuffed toys:angry

When you are stuffing anything, be sure to first tear apart the stuffing. It's hard to explain without pics... Take a small handfull of stuffing in both hands and pull it apart, kind of like pulling taffy. Then stuff into the farthest places first, just a little at a time. By pulling the stuffing first you will get rid of those lumps. Remember, it always takes more stuffing than you think it will.

When you are done, squish the toy over and over again to get the stuffing distributed evenly.

Good luck.
