I've finally managed to get myself in the habit of going there once a day to check on the pattern--at first I kept forgetting and then would be kicking myself afterward for not remembering. (I finally stuck the link on the quick links toolbar in my browser so it would be sitting right there instead of hidden in my bookmarks.)
