I haven't bought this pattern, but I have bought other patterns where right after you pay, and while you are still on paypal's screen it tells you to right click and save the file to your hard drive. If paypal was being screwy that day you might not have made it to that screen and just thought the pattern was being emailed to you, when really all you needed to do was right click and save...if that makes sense.
