Crocheted bead necklaces

Have any of you noticed the necklaces showing up in all the stores that have crocheted beads on them? It is very trendy right now. The necklaces are bulky and long. They do thread crochet over a large bead for texture. I have seen them at Cookie Lee, Mervyn's, JCPenney... I gotta get me one of those (after I get all my yarn stash finished... Maybe I should just crochet over a few beads on necklaces I already have...hmmm.
