Unexpected Sighting While Watching a Holiday Special

I was watching the Rankin & Bass holiday special The Year Withou A Santa Claus (my all-time favorite) when I spotted some Irish crocheted lace! The Mother Nature character is wearing a blouse and the cuffs were trimmed with Irish crocheted roses and then leaves all around. I said to my DH, "Look at those cuffs! They are crocheted!" The design looks like it could be easily copied, too. How weird to find crochet in a Christmas special! ~ Lori
