I need some hooks and needles...

After I realized I could organize my tools digitally on Ravelry, I reviewed my tools stash and found that I'm missing several hook and knitting needle sizes. Especially in knitting needles, where I have far less experience. Any advice on where to buy hard to find hook sizes? I just bought a 2.1 mm (US steel hook size 3) hook from Hobby Lobby for about $11 because the shipping was over $6. Otherwise it would be fairly affordable. I need the 2.1 mm hook for a centerpiece (doily) pattern I want to make.

This is what I have so far. The first pic is the hooks and the second pic is the needles I have in stock. In the case where I have multiple hooks, it's because there are Tunisian hooks, ergonomic hooks, and regular hooks listed.
