C2C pattern question

Working on a C2C afghan and the pattern says this next row is the last block of row is top right corner.  The next 2 rows have the exact same number of blocks.  Seems like I should be decreasing now.  Is this correct?  The pattern doesn't call for decreasing for another 5 rows.

Is the afghan a perfect square or is it rectangular?  For a square you work increases up to point then start decreasing.  For a rectangle you increase, work the same number of blocks for awhile, then start the decreases.

It is a rectangle.

Then that is why there are rows with the same number of blocks.
