Need help with a crochet pattern

Stuck on row 4 of wintertime warmer by Christine grazioso moody.  Appreciate any help given.

Welcome to the 'ville!  I don't own that pattern, here is the Ravelry entry for that pattern so we can see what the blanket looks like.  It mentions that there is errata available - here is the page with the link, (for the errata) I believe that pattern is in the first book, "Big book of crochet afghans" (I didn't download the pdf of the errata to post here, that would violate copyright)

If the errata didn't help you, it is OK to type a line or 2 of the pattern here and tell us what part doesn't make sense.
