Welcome to the ville!

Are you in the UK or the US?  Because a treble in the US is a double-treble in the UK.  Either way, it is not hard to do.  I am going to 'speak' US stitch terms.

Have you ever done a decrease, example 'DC 2 together'?  A 2 DC cluster is the same 'stitch action', except it is all in 1 stitch not across 2 stitches.  A cluster can be any number of stitches (well, up to a point), so if a pattern says 'make a cluster' that is meaningless (unless the pattern has defined a 'cluster' in this pattern in special stitches section), but 'make a 4 treble cluster' is very specific.

The 'stitch action' for a 4 treble cluster is:  into the stitch indicated, *yarn over 2 times, and complete a treble until just before the last yarn over and pull thru - you will have 2 loops on your hook--don't complete the stitch.  Make 3 additional trebles in the same stitch in the same way from the *, except each time you will add 1 more loop on the hook--after the 4th treble there should be 5 loops on the hook, yarn over and pull thru all the loops.
