Looks like pattern has been run thru a translator which as you can see does not work very well.  If you have access to the original pattern in the original language it helps to also compare using tables showing crochet terms in that language. https://www.enfys.me.uk/reading-patterns/translating-patterns.htm

Queue or tail

1. ch 8, turn sc in 2nd ch from hook and sc in each of the remaining 6 chains for total of 7 sc

2 thr 6 you are making 1 decrease each row. Not sure if its telling you to make all your decreases on one side ie starting one row with skipping the first sc from previous row and working to end then turning working in first stitch of that row but turning and leaving last stitch of that row unworked.  You will just have to play with it and see what works best.

2 has 6 sc

3 has 5 sc

4 has 4 sc

5 has 3 sc

6 has 2 sc

7 probably has 1 sc

(fold in half and sew)

For the foot looks like you are working an oval

You might have to play around with it a bit. The numbers after -> and = are stitch counts for your rounds
