Tunisian Point

AmandaGoo

Question

Hi

I have a crochet doll pattern with skirt.  The final round of the skirt says "Round 28. Tunisian point to close".  A google search shows no reference anywhere to what this means.  Can anyone help?  TIA.

Welcome to the ville!  Confession: I do a lot of crochet, and some knitting, but very a little Tunisan and that mostly entrelac.  I don't know that that specifically means either.

I assume the skirt is in the round, and guessing that they are recommending a way to close it in a tidy way - here's a method that invisibly finishes off something done in plain crochet in the round (a simple way to weave in the first part of the tail that looks like a stitch top seamlessly integrated with the rest) , this is one video - I use this method all the time.
