Filet crochet adding block to previous row.

So I found this pattern on Pinterest, but I am unsure how that extra block at the end of the previous row was to be done correctly, I did this. Does it look right, or does someone know how it should be done?

Huh, I thought I'd replied to your earlier post on this question but I must not have hit 'submit', my bad.

It looks right to me, from the point of view that you must have started at the left side of the graph working top to bottom of the heart.

I guess if it works, it is "correct". I am just trying to learn new skills.

I like filet, it can be easy or challenging - I've done several edge-shaped items but that one would have had me scratching my head figuring out how to do it, so go you!
