I’m starting crochet and I don’t understand a passage in my pattern. 

Next row: Ch 3, dc until you reach the ch 1 -sp. make 2dc, ch 1, 2dc into that ch 1 -sp. Then continue with a dc into each st to the end of the row.

Here's a translation:

Next row: Chain 3, double crochet into each stitch until you reach the chain-1 space, then into the chain-1 space, do all of these stitches: (2 double crochet, chain 1, 2 double crochet), then dc into each stitch until you reach the end of the row.
