Cardigan pattern help please

i got to the left shape neck and sleebe

 you chain 11 ...

then worked even. Fine 

then repeated. So I did

im okay to this point

now it goes on continue to decrease at neck edge every other how many rows but do I continue to chain the 11 to start and then work even?  

I had loads of loops up one side realised I had done the decrease incorrectly have undone it all and starting again so just checking before going again and ending up with all these loops up the side??

Answered in your other thread.  The chains are to make the piece wider on each side to create the undersides of the sleeve, so you only repeat it in the rows it specifically tells you to.
