Best way to attach satin ribbon to crocheted baby bonnet with several rows of ribbon

That'll depend on what look you want, do you have a reference photo of how you want it to look?  

You could weave it between the stitches.  Then secure it at the ends by sewing it.  Or if it goes all the way around you could tie the ends into a bow, let the bow be part of the decoration.  

If you don't want it to be woven in, sew it to the outside of the bonnet.
