You do have it!  I agree with Kathy's comments.  :)

 

For tension, just remember Granny Square's advice to make sure that all of the loops are done past the throat (the skinny part under the hook) so that they are the size of the main part of the hook.  Also, when you draw up that first loop, draw it up enough so that your hook is parallel to the top of the stitch.  That first loop is called the "golden loop" and it determines the height of each stitch.

 

Keep going! Your tension will automatically become the same with lots of practice.
