How many rows have you needed to do in tunisian purl at the top and bottom of an afghan done in worsted weight to combat the curl of tunisian simple stitch?

 

I did 5 on one afghan and that worked great. Just not sure how few people may have done.

I am doing an afghan now but it's not done. But I've done a few potholders and only had to do a couple of rounds. But I did regular crochet all around like a traditional edging. Worked great.
