Double Crocheting Multiple Times in One Stitch

Basically, you would just do three double crochets in the same stitch, this will make the tip. I tried to add a link for a video that would show you how it looks but it won't take. You would do the first double crochet in the stitch, then right next to it in the same stitch, do the second, then again, right next to it, do the third double crochet. 

 

I googled "double crochet in the same stitch" and it came up with a list but I can't get that to post either. Maybe I am not allowed to or I am doing it wrong (Amy can you advise me)  but if you google it, you will see a list. Go to the one that says (and again, hope I am allowed to do this) says 3 double crochet in same stitch Video and instruction Hass and click on that. It will bring you to the page that shows it.

If you crochet right handed - slide the base of the stitch to the right and just put the other dcs in the same place.  By sliding the legs of the stitch over - you make enough room to fit 3 in one spot.
