FCEC felted tote

Hi all! Here is my version of the felted tote. I used Paton's Merino wool in natural mix and red. I used a J hook. On row 25 I realized I wasn't going to have enough of the natural to finish so I put 10 rows of red in. I think it came out allright. What do you think?

The straps are hanging down on the second picture. It kinda looks like stripes, but it's just the handles.

 

I love this pattern, and I have started a second tote using the same wool but in grey and black. Can you say "Christmas gifts".... :jumpyay

The stripe in there looks great! If I ever make this again (gosh I can't imagine doing all those rows of SC again), I might add a stripe or stripes to conserve the main color a bit. Great work!
