Help with a graph

I need some tips when using the knit pro 2.0 graph making. I am having a hard time trying use the graph that it makes. It seems to blend some of the colors together. Any tips????

You're probably going to need to clean up the graph by loading it into an editing program (like paint) and making color descisions - example if you expected a red object on a white background, and it gave you some pink grids in between, you'll have to decide which you want to recolor red and which white.
